This course will be held at Happy Wife Acres near Fairborn, Ohio. The 3-hour course will consist of:
- Presentation material discussing the basics of raising and hatching quail
- Tour of Happy Wife Acres quail facilities
- Processing demonstration
- Opportunity to taste quail eggs and quail meat
