Chicken Eggs – All egg sales arealways by reservation only. Please message/text/call to reserve eggs. $5.00/dozen; $4.50 with returned labeled carton. Farm fresh eggs from pastured chickens. We have lots of eggs but only put eggs in egg box for reserved customers. Please call or text 937-361-5798 to reserve. Chicken eggs are always less than 10 days old when sold (store eggs are about 45 days old when sold!). Egg customer priority is (1) recurring customers, (2) commercial customers, (3) call-in customers.

Quail Eggs –6 18 egg carton available. $5/carton; $4.50 with returned labeled carton. Quail eggs are an Asian delicacy packed with nutrition. A single quail egg provides significant amounts of vitamin B12, selenium, riboflavin, choline, and iron. Selenium and riboflavin help to transform what you eat into energy. Selenium helps to ensure healthy thyroid functions. It’s a perfect bite, and each egg is only 14 calories! Keep boiled quail eggs in the fridge for an on-the-go snack or an after school treat for the kids!

Duck Eggs – 6 dozen. $6.50/dozen; $6.00 with returned labeled carton. Please contact us to reserve. Jumbo sized eggs from pastured Pekin, Khaki Campbell, and Rouen ducks. These eggs are sold washed and refrigerated. Ducks like to graze on grass and insects, so their yolks are very rich. Great for baking or breakfast!

Guinea Eggs – Sold out til next year. $6.50/dozen; $6.00 with returned labeled carton. Guineas lay between April and October. Guinea eggs are a rare treat that’s hard to find anywhere! Because guineas prefer to graze on insects, their yolks are super rich and tasty (even richer than duck eggs!). We only have a few guinea layers, so quantities are limited.

Call Duck Eggs – 6 dozen. $5.50/dozen; $5.00 with returned labeled carton. Call Ducks only lay from February until May. For those who like duck eggs but want them a bit smaller, Call Duck eggs are the perfect solution. Small to medium sized eggs from pastured Call Ducks. These eggs are sold washed and refrigerated. Ducks like to graze on grass and insects, so their yolks are very rich.

Young Rooster Meat -Sold Out . $5.50/pound. Young rooster meat is usually reserved 1 or more months in advance! Order meat by submitting this simple MEAT ORDER FORM, even if we have it in stock! Young roosters are under 6 months old. They are packaged in freezer-safe shrink bags and frozen. Young roosters are allowed to live freely on pasture, and were raised without hormones, antibiotics, or solution injections. Because they free range and are older when processed, they are more flavorful than Cornish cross broilers but still tender. They are heritage chickens, so they have a different body shape than what you might be used to. Most notably, the breast meat is smaller. They can be fried or roasted, but also make great soups, stock, and casseroles.

Old Hen Meat –Sold Out $5.50/pound. Order meat by submitting this simple MEAT ORDER FORM and we will let you know when they are ready. Even if we have it in stock, please fill out the form! We normally only process chicken once a month. Old hens are full of flavor. They make wonderful stock, soups, and stews. If you want to make chicken and dumplings like your grandmother did, you’ll need an old hen. But you can’t buy old hens in any grocery store or even online!

Rabbits4 whole rabbits. $5.50/pound. Rabbits are raised on pasture and fed commercial pellets, hay, and fresh greens in season. Rabbits are processed at about 10-12 weeks old, are very tender, and have a flavor much like chicken. Rabbit meat is very lean and tasty. Rabbit meat is sold as whole rabbit. Honey – Available.  $10 per 10 oz, $18 per 20 oz (pint size) jar, $30 per 42oz jar (quart size) and New $35 per 40oz (quart size) with comb. All honey is weighed by hand. Our pure raw honey is made from bees on our farm. The honey is straight from the hive – lightly strained and unpasteurized. Raw honey naturally contains antioxidants, enzymes, amino acids, and vitamins. Plus it tastes great! Raw honey may develop sugar crystals, but can be easily reconstituted by placing the jar in warm water. Honey never spoils because of the low moisture content.

Quail Meat -1 package. $20 for a package of 4 quail. We will not have any more processed til after March 31st. Quail is delicious! They are a healthy fast food since they cook in the oven in 15 minutes or on the grill press in 5 minutes. They can also be simmered, fried, or stewed. The meat is all dark, so the taste is closer to duck than chicken. They have large breast portions, but you’ll probably want 2 to make a meal. Chicken Stock – 15 pint jars.  $5 per pint sized jar. Chicken stock is made from the carcasses of old pastured chickens, with a little salt but no other additives. The bones and meat are boiled over a period of 3 or more days. The stock is strained and then pressure canned. Stock is rich in minerals and healthy nutrients that help build and strengthen bones. It also helps to fight inflammation and improve joint health. It has a cloudy yellow color, and when cooled it becomes thick and gelatinous. Plus it tastes great. This is the real stuff!

Live Rabbits – A few young rabbits available (under 3 months).  $20 each. All are barnyard mixes that include lines of New Zealand Red, Silver Fox, Dutch, and Flemish Giant. These are easily $40 rabbits anywhere else. Rabbits make great pets and can easily be litter-box trained. Our rabbits make great breeding stock for meat. We have both males and females.

Organ Meat – Some available . $3.50/pound. We keep both rabbit and chicken organ parts for pet and human consumption. We have necks, livers, gizzards, hearts, lungs, testicles, and spleens; and rabbit liver, kidneys, hearts, and lungs: also quail livers/hearts by special request. Pet-only organ meats by request like lungs, testicles, kidneys, and spleens may be bagged together. These items sell out quickly, so please contact us to be added to a waiting list. Composted Chicken Manure. Available in all year $25 per 1/3 cubic yard scoop; $6 per 40 lb bag(no longer offering); $3 per 40 lb bag or $2 your own 5 gal buckets when you shovel it. Chicken manure is aged for at least 6 months and is ready for your garden. We get many compliments about how well our manure works in their garden.

WE DO NOT SELL LIVE CHICKENS! This is prohibited by the Ohio Department of Agriculture per Ohio Revised Code 918.27 (A) (4) (a) under our processing exemption (P.L. 90-492). We don’t care how much money you offer us or how much you claim that no one will find out. If you want to eat heritage chicken, please make a reservation for our next processing date.
