If you are a school teacher or homeschool teacher near Dayton, Ohio, and have the equipment to incubate eggs and care for chicks, then we have fertilized eggs for you. And even better, if you bring back the chicks to us when you are done caring for them, the eggs are free! We hope our eggs will help you teach your students about embryology, and how fun it is to hold baby chicks!
NEW! We now have one Hatch Kit that can be rented. Rental fee of $65 is due at time of pickup. The kit includes an incubator, brooder with heat lamp, feeder, and waterer, feed, and bedding. Specify which eggs you want below. The incubator holds a maximum of 10 chicken eggs and 35 quail eggs. The kit must be cleaned and returned no later than 4 weeks after pickup. This kit is reserved for public or private school teachers only. All others, including home school teachers, please reserve a Rent-a-Chick Hatch kit.

To request eggs or hatch kit, please fill out the form below. We will confirm your pickup as the date nears. You can request up to 3 dozen eggs, but please make sure you have a brooder large enough to care for the resulting chicks. Anticipate 6 to 8 chicks per dozen eggs.
