Cheese making is the second class I have taken (first was wine making) and it was every bit as good as the first one. Andrea and John are funny, make sure to explain every step, and admit when they don't know the answer to a question. The cheese was wonderful!
My daughter and I just attended the cheese making class at Happy Wife Acres farm and loved it! Totally recommend it.
Took the mozzarella class at my library. It was very educational and informative. Truly enjoyed this class.

I love the very accurate picture you paint of farm life in the Newsletter. It's hard work and you show that. It's also very rewarding and you show that as well. I've learned a lot from y'all over the years.
I took the class on making orchard wines, and it was thorough, with pictures of equipment, descriptions of when and how to clean, some of the science behind fermentation, plus demonstrations of what wine at different stages looks, smells, and tastes like. I am very excited to start making my own!
Enjoyed the presentation very much. Fun, concise, informative. Gonna try it at home. Am expecting positive results. Will watch for more classes.

I just returned home after taking the Happy Wife Acres' Chicken Health Care for Homesteaders class and I highly recommend it to all new chicken keepers like me. I feel a lot more confident in my ability to recognize and hopefully successfully deal with the most common chicken health issues I'm likely to encounter on this adventure. I especially appreciate how candid they were in critiquing a lot of the well meaning home remedy advice you frequently see suggested on the most popular chicken message boards, which ones might help, and which pieces of advice can't possibly help and will only be wasting precious time while a poor chicken is dying. I think this class has the potential to save a lot of chickens from unnecessary suffering because I definitely would have tried some of those remedies myself before the more "invasive" (but I now know are necessary) emergency measures.
I'll of course keep on hoping that I'm going to be the luckiest chicken keeper in the world that will never have to deal with a lot of the illnesses and injuries we discussed today, but if I start seeing signs, I know what to look for more closely, and how to humanely support them as best as I can.
They are absolutely amazing!! I picked up two bunnies this morning, they were so nice and gave really good information about everything. They even let me feed their roosters! Their property is absolutely beautiful and I can tell they love what they do! I will definitely be coming back in the future!
The Cheese Making class was such a nice learning experience. I'm excited to go try it on my own! Definitely checking out some other classes!
